(Rochester, NY) AP 09/01/04 - A homeless, drug-addicted woman ordered by a judge to have no more children is charged with biting a Rochester police officer.
Stephanie Pendleton has been charged with second-degree assault and resisting arrest. Police say she bit an officer on his thigh as he tried to arrest her for skipping a court date on a prostitution charge.
A judge earlier this year ordered Pendleton and the cocaine-addicted father of her youngest and eldest children to have no more children until they prove they can look after the four they already have.
