(Rochester, NY) AP 09/13/04 - Kodak is seeking royalties of more than $1 billion from Sun Microsystems in a patent infringement lawsuit trial expected to start today in federal court.
The Rochester-based photo giant claims that Sun illegally used technology belonging to Kodak when it developed the Java computer programming language.
