The doctor dude that did the stomach/esophagus endoscopy when I had my ulcer warned me:

"No tabasco sauce, red hot sauce, jalepenos, aspirin, shots of 151 for breakfast, mountain dew, smoking, coke or pepsi products, 14 alarm chili, or anything else remotely bad"

I suppose that leaves wheat germ with metamucil and prune juice. If I'm really good, vanilla pudding.

Awe!! That really sucks!!! I think I might have some sort of a start to an ulcer :-k I know I have gull bladder problems
