Tops plaza, on Jefferson Road (used to be
Mandarin)
After they remodeled, they went down hill. They have a poor selection, and the quality is not very good.
The remodeling makes it look really nice in there, but thats about it. Prices are about average for a china buffet. If they
were like they were before the remodel, it would be a great place to eat.
Not recommended.
