First thing that I noticed, was that the "vegetable blend" was mixed in with the pasta. :?: How am I supposed to drain that?
I got the mix boiled and used a slotted spoon to drain it. Then I asked myself "What is this vegetable mix"? So I looked at the product label. Vegetable blend: black olive (hardly), red peppers, zucchini (yuck, mostly skins), garlic (where??), onion, and parsely (too much).
Cooking is easy, boil some water. Mix the "seasoning" packages in with 1/2 cup Italian dressing.
Mix the stuff together and chill.
Outcome: blah, make your own. But for $0.89.. make your own. Its bitter, dry, and has a nasty after taste.
In my opinion: Its ok, but not something I would serve to my guests.
