I always buy from Aldi's their Cheese & Broccoli stuffed chicken breasts. They also have Cordon Bleu and Keiv. They are individually wrapped and are $0.99.

They make for a nice dinner and I usually serve it with seasoned mashed taters (from Aldi's ) and a veggie. Not too bad to make a dinner for 3 and have it cost $3.69! ($0.99 ea for chicken, $.039 ($0.79 for a 2 pk) of mashed taters, $0.33 for the can of peas!)

I made this for dinner last night with Butter & Herb mashed taters and peas. One suggestion I would make, is to microwave the breasts for about 3 min before baking them (350º for 35 min) because I've noticed if I dont the chicken doesnt always get cooked thru.

I've seen those and I always wonder how good they are. I'll have to pick some up next time. Sounds yummy and I love easy dinner ideas! :smt023

I tried the Kirkwood Cordon Bleu (99 cents)

not bad. Not much ham though. And I would recommend baking them instead of nuking them.

Agreed.. I have found if you nuke them for 2-3 min before you bake them they are cooked better!
