View Full Version : Spring Valley Teens Accused Of Hate Crime

SAN DIEGO -- Two Spring Valley teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of a hate crime and assault with a deadly weapon, 10News reported.

Brothers Christopher Kelly and Shawn Kelly, both 18, are accused of yelling racial slurs and beat a 14-year-old Hispanic boy with a crowbar last week.
It happened as the victim walked from Grossmont High School to Parkway Middle School to pick up his younger brother.

At one point, the victim was able to wrestle the crowbar away from the assailants, who then took off running, according to 10News.

The victim suffered two cuts on his lips and a bruised thigh.

We can't leave her behind, she's like our child. Besides, it would cost almost that much to put her in a kennel while we're gone.
