Synopsis: Set against the sweeping vistas of Wyoming and Texas, the film tells the story of two young men – a ranch-hand and a rodeo cowboy – who meet in the summer of 1963, and unexpectedly forge a lifelong connection, one whose complications, joys and tragedies provide a testament to the endurance and power of love.

:-k Odd movie, I'm not sure how to review it. The beginning is really boring, actually the whole movie is rather boring. Some parts are emotional. Some parts are rather intense. Some parts make you think (fos). Some parts make you hate. Some parts make you want to cry (and there were many people that were). Some parts make you want to yell out "WHAT THE FUCK! YOU ASSHOLE!!"

Would I recommend seeing this movie? Depends on you. Open minded, yes. Closed minded people, no.

Over all I'm very conflicted by this movie.

:-k I agree with you. I think all the hype (out side of the whole 'gay cowboy' part) was over rated. :-|
