well if you watch it over and over, you'll notice his left pedal is all the way down when he hits the top of the ramp, it looks like it catches the ramp causing him to be a dumbass.

I wouldn't use a large mountain bike for that kind of stunt. There are bikes designed for doing jumps and tricks, and that certianly wasn't one. lol
