:smt072 I got my monthly car loan statement. I said that

I made 2 payments for January. Odd I thought, but knowing me its possible. I put it away, but just took it back

out. Well the one payment was for $348.32. Well, I always round up and would never pay cents. So I pulled out my bank

statements...sure enough no payment for $348.32. This must be a mistake on their end. So do I call them and tell them or

take it and run?? I'm sure sooner or later they'll probably figure it out.... :smt102

Well, that depends... If you actually rounded UP and paid 349 then

it would make sense to call them cause they jipped you. But if you only paid 348 then don't call. It there fault and they

have to fix it. In the end it could mean one less payment. Since you made the payment twice, did they have it marked as

348.32 twice?

How very odd of the bank.

:smt119 If it were me, I would look into it.

I only made one payment. They must of credited my account instead

of someone elses.

 Well, sucks to be

them, but I'm sure they will figure it out and correct it. Always remember, "the banks never

lose"!
