Location: Perinton.
We went out last night and found most places had a waiting time of at least 1 hour. The one place had a waiting time of 1 hour 45 minutes. we were going to meet some of our friends..... and we decided on Ruby Tuesdays in Perinton. 5 minute wait. You could feel the sense of confusion. 10 minutes later we were seated. Seated next to a screaming ignored 2 year old that the parents thought it was alright to let it scream, climb all over everthing (at one point it was standing on the table) and hitting people in the head.
The server came right over to get our drink orders, then came back about 10 minutes later with only 3 out of 4 drinks. The 4th one came about 10 minutes later.
He then took our food order. and we waited and waited and waited. It took at least 30 minutes to get our food.
Dave's chicken parm was terrible, my bbq chicken was fatty and my mashed potatos were ice cold, Jims ribs were all bones, and Micks meal was the same as mine.
The server hardly ever came over to check to see if we needed something. The total for all 4 of us was $76!!!
Bad service, bad food and way too expensive. You can take this place off the list of places to eat at.
