I've got something you can talk about. A student here at Brockport complained about a Cmas tree being in the Union citing seperation of church and state, so they took it down. #%@&!% What the FUCK is everybody's problem nowadays.

:smt023 Agreed! A Tree doesnt symbolize "Religion", now, if they had a Nativity scene up and requested it be taken down, that would be different!

:-k I wonder if we polled a bunch of kids today about what the nativity scene meant or what it repersented, if they would even know. Or if they would just think it's a "normal" Xmas decoration

I think they would see it as a decoration. Now, if they are paying attention to TV, they will see the movie coming out that talks about the real nativity!

I think fos its about that parking garage that they want to build to help with the parking problem at highland hospital that every home owner is bitching about cars parked all over but they don't want the parking garage in their neighborhood.

its too small. about 300 workers have to park at that abandoned old RPC building and get bused into work.
