Don Pablo's

We had a craving for Mexican last night, so we went to Don Pablos. I had been there once before when it first opened and had a terrible experience, but this time I was pretty impressed.

We sat right at the bar, which had plenty of seats open so we were immediately greeted and got our drinks, which the bartender only charged us happy hour price for, even though it was 2 hours past!!

Food was great, service was great. The only thing we had trouble with (which wasn't entirely their fault) was we didn't exactly know what an enchilada vs. chimichanga was, or flautas, etc. And there was no description handy.

Other than that, the atmosphere was nice, they had a pinata going for people to beat on, and we left with full bellies! I give it 4 stars.

The one on jefferson rd has a nice atmosphere and good service, but i've never been really satisfied with the quality of their food.

Woohoo! Dr evil!... Well... I only relaly like one thing there... Cheese enchaladas. Those are my fav. Had a craving for them once while preggers, but didnt get it cause crsh doesnt like mexican. Its ok though... I can live with out it!

I don't want to vote cause I've never been there. I don't care for peppers and shit like that so Mexican is out of the picture. Although I love a good Taco Bell Gordita!

If at all possible, change the poll and add a No Comment thingy at the bottom for those who haven't been there and change my vote from * to no comment. thanks :)

Last night Davagator, crsh, Zoe and I went to Don Pablo's. It was good. They changed their refritos.. had less flavor or something. Cheese Enchiladas were really good.... although I was in the bathroom for quite a while after I got home. Don't know if it was from Don Pablo's or from the smoothie I made when I got home from work.

BTW.. Yes, crsh ate at Don Pablo's!
