I hate it when I forget about stuff in the fridge! Ugh! Usually, if it looks like it's growing, or growling I just throw it out.

I prefer see-thru containers, that way you don't have to remove the lid to find out whats in there.

Don't you hate it when you have been looking for that specific container and it gets lost in that deep dark scary corner of the fridge. Then it comes out of it's hiding spot when the stuff on the inside is no longer recognizable and you have to throw that container away. Thats why I like Gladware. I no longer care if I throw it away! :smt078

Pasta was the big thing for us. We would cook a whole pound just for the 2 of us and ended up throwing out at least 1/2 of it! Now we cook 1/2 a pound a time.

I could never do Atkins. Everything I eat would be banned! I love bread and potatoes and everything with carbs. I just need to start workin out.

I did a modified version of it and lost 28 pounds. It wasn't always easy but I'm glad I lost the weight.

Yeah.. D4P you did an awesome job... I need to start a diet or something. Working out too.. but I have a hard time keeping up with that! If I start a diet (and get over the initial hump, I can usually stick to it. Ive lost 40-50 lbs a few times! (of course gained it back in between! :smt043 )

We rarely have leftovers. Dinners usually feed the 4 of us and then there is enough for Keltic to take to work the next day for lunch. It is when I make too much or the kids aren't home to eat that I am stuck with leftovers.

Keira is the "Pasta Queen" so I never have leftovers when I make pasta. She would eat pasta everyday if I would let her. She's my little carboholic.
