I am a medium rare kinda girl too. I like it pink but not bloody. I am not a big red meat eater to begin with. Tastes too much like cow for me.

crshoveride1

and how does cow taste?

The way red meat tastes to me. All I envision is a cow in a pasture Mooing "Moooooo"!

Keltic says I am too strange and to stop thinking things like that. Same thing with Venison. I can eat about 1/2 of whatever it is and then I start seeing deer staring at me. I like the taste until I think about it. I am usually good for about 1/2 a steak ot 1 patty of sausage before the thoughts take over.

Medium rare for me, please! Although, depending on where we go to eat, sometimes I ask for rare because they always overcook it. It's like one off - kinda like certain shoe sizes, ya know?

I've always loved rare meat. But I've gotten accustomed to medium or medium well cause a lot of restaraunts won't cook it any less then that. Some don't even tell you they don't go less, they just cook it MW or W.

NUBAIN (nalbuphine hydrochloride) is a synthetic opioid agonist-antagonist analgesic of the phenanthrene series. It is chemically related to both the widely used opioid antagonist, naloxone, and the potent opioid analgesic, oxymorphone. Chemically nalbuphine hydrochloride is 17-(cyclobutylmethyl)-4,5(alpha)-epoxymorphinan-3,6(alpha),14-triol hydrochloride. Nalbuphine hydrochloride molecular weight is 393.91 and is soluble in H 2 O (35.5 mg/mL @ 25°C) and ethanol (0.8%); insoluble in CHCl 3 and ether. Nalbuphine hydrochloride has pKa values of 8.71 and 9.96. The molecular formula is C 21 H 27 NO 4 · HCl.
