yeah and you should know better! These classes aren't just for

breathing... she's been telling us about relaxing too and how to make the contractions not so bad. sheesh am I the only one

paying attention here?

you know what sucks... whenever I hear about contractions all I think about is Keagle excersizes. sigh.
