Bush sent a coded message to Saddam.

It read: 370HSSV-0773H

Saddam was stumped and sent for his son.

His son was stumped too, so it went to his other son.

That son couldn't solve it either, so they sent an urgent message to Bill Clinton.

He suggested turning it upside down ...
