Because of Janet's boob now the whole world has to be

candy coated. This morning Howard Stern was suspended, we all were not expecting the boob but we all know what Howard is

about. If people do not like that sort of stuff turn him off and let the rest of us listen. I hate this politically correct

crap, get a life.

I agree! If you don't like whats on the station, then change it!

Its really simple to do.

I agree to a point. If there is something on TV or Radio that I

find offensive or don't agree with, then I exercise my right to turn it off or change the channel. What I dont agree with

is that Howard Stern should be on the Radio at the time he is on. I think it is too easy for it to be heard by children and

that is not appropriate. Kids can come by that radio station by accident or on purpose. Unfortuantely, unlike TV, there is

no way to censor the radio for kids. On my Kids TV we use the V-chip and they cannot access certain channels or certain

ratings on shows. That isnt possible on radio. As much as I dont like HS, I wouldnt object to him being on the radio after

10pm when it is less likely kids would be listening. I think the FCC puts these regulations for a reason and they should be

followed. HS should not be allowed to say and do whatever he wants then just pay a fine, so far he has paid $1.7 million in

fines. What does that tell you. I personally find hime offensive, vulgar and uncouth, so I exercise my right not to listen

to him. My husband, for some unknown reason, enjoys listening to him. Keep HS to late nights where he belongs. I dont

think that he should be off the air just because people dont like him, but I do think that there is a time and place for his

type of show, 7am is not it.

I have mixed feelings on this...more to come later. I don't

think he is wrong.. but I don't think he is right

either.

Easy for kids to get to? What time isn't it easy for kids to

hear? They can listen whenever they feel it necessary. I think the time he's on, was on, was the best time. Kids get up and

get ready for school, get on the bus, go to there classes. I doubt the school bus driver is gonna listen to Stern loud enough

for the kids to hear it. If they listen to the radio while they are getting dressed, well then thats up to the parent to

change. Other than that, why not go first thing in the morning. The bad for kids time is late afternoon. And he's not on

then. 7AM is the best time for him. He has the most listeners, get the stations higher ratings, and makes the most money that

way. The man is a genius(spelling). ;) Anyway, ok you don't like him. You've done the right thing by not listening to him.

Obviously you had a bad experience and listened at a bad time. The man has a ton of very good points and good conversations.

He's not all about foul language, boobs and sex even though sometimes it seems that way. I can think of some other people

that are "uncouth" about the way they do things and take advantage of others. People that have a reason to be suspended.

Howard isn't one of them. He's done wonders in his field. I hope he ends up signing with someone other then ClearChannel.

They'll be huge and break records in the ratings. We won't be able to hear him here since this area is all Clear Channel

but... I think it would be cool and good for him.

What kills me is that Sex in the City has people doing "obsence

and unethical things", which now are considered "wrong" and can win awards? My wife told me that on Opera they were

having people talking about sex on her show which airs at 4:00? I do not get it what is the difference ](*,) In this day in

age with all that is going on in the world I find it nice to turn on the radio and laught instead of getting upset for all

the solders diying for this very right they are trying to take away.

I agree with Josh. Kids are either at school or on their way to

school when he is on the radio. Its been a long time since I was in school, but when I was, radios were not allowed. I

think fos that day time tv is more harmful than his show. Oprah, Springer, Montel and Maurey are all on tv right when kids

get home from school. Not only do the kids get to hear the show, they get to watch it too. Its up to the parents to prevent

their kids from hearing/seeing what is considered questionable. :|

Parents are too quick to blame everyone else, except

themselves.

That is so right, the first line of defence is the parents, know

what your kids are really doing and not think you know!!! I hate the excuse, "I had no idea that was going on in my

house." Well why the hell not dumb asses.

I agree - it's the parents' responsibility to monitor what

their kids listen to and watch.

I think it's ridiculous that they dropped HS like that. I'll tell you what - if

what he says is so bad, there are plenty of tv shows that are worse? Like you said, Oprah has controversial discussions on

her show. Southpark and Crank Yankers is waaaaay up there on the no no list. And how about the Chappell show? Anyone see that

recently? That is one of the most racisits shows I've ever seen and he hasn't lost his job yet! And why - because it's

supposed to be funny??!!! Things are so fucked up, ya know! :smt096

They need to bring back Howard Stern. Morning radio sucks really

bad now. No offense to Wease, but his voice drives me nuts.

ROFLMAO!!!!

Alicia, 10, graduated from D.A.R.E. in January.

Well there are all sorts of commercials on about talking to your kids about drugs. After watching one with her I said

"Alicia we need to talk about that Pot we found." Her answer was "I only drank alittle pot." I was hysterical

laughing. As long as she thinks she needs to drink Pot then I know I am safe, she isnt using.
