Good burgers, good fries - especially the chili cheese fries, just plain good grilled and fried food. You can even get fried bologna and champagne! The place is cozy, the service good and the prices are reasonable. I give it a thumbs up! :smt023

It's right on the canal in Brockport - across from the post office.

Jimmy Mac's is closed - Jimmy Mac himself is dead. :-|

Well, the bar closed a couple months before he died, but he died suddenly in July from a heart attack while he was driving. The obit says Myrtle Beach because he lived there for a period of time. 46 years old and he's dead from a heart attack.....wooo! That really sucks. He wasn't even really fat or anything. (obviously, that's not all it takes to have one.)

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer MacCollum; brothers, Tom (Jacqueline) MacCollum, Tim (Alicia) MacCollum; sisters, Karen (Mike) Donegan, Nancy (John) Leotta; his parents, Thomas and Dorothy MacCollum; the mother of his daughter, Vicky MacCollum, as well as several nieces and nephews.There are no prior calling hours. Family and friends may attend a celebration of Jimmy's life on SUNDAY 7/10/05 at the Brockport Area Veteran Club beginning at 11:30a.m. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family in care of James Bell, Esq.
