Figure about 100,000 a year. Mostly at $20 per person, so about $2,000,000 just for admission. That doesn't include anything from the crap they sell.

I say we bid on it and go in on it together. The three of us and Sandra's dad! run it for a few years, make some money and sell it again for twice as much!
